In this custom 2010 Dodge Charger built by Jose Ruiz, every bolt and panel tells a story of automotive passion. From its aggressive Charged Motorworks body kit to the custom air suspension that gives it that perfect stance, this build transforms the practical four-door platform into something that commands attention at every stoplight.
What began as a father-son project has evolved into a rolling showcase of what’s possible when you refuse to leave anything stock – from its carefully tuned powerplant all the way to those custom-powdercoated Redeye wheels. Read on to find out more about this modified Charger build!
The Dodge Charger is a long-running muscle car that first debuted in 1966. Various versions and models have been built during this time, and throughout its run, it has remained a performance-oriented vehicle designed to deliver an exciting driving experience. The current-generation variant entered the market in 2005 as a 4-door sedan. One of just a few models offering this body style, the Charger still delivers all the features it is known for – excellent overall performance, distinctive styling, and impressive power.
Thanks to these features combined with greater practicality when compared to other performance cars, the Dodge Charger is one of the most popular platforms in the segment. Additionally, the domestic nature of the model and affordability of components are also advantages.
The Build
A passionate car enthusiast owning a 2010 Charger has done an extensive job of turning his vehicle into a real head-turner. Known on Instagram as @urfavrt, his project, named “Covid Build,” is dedicated to the memory of his father.
Both performance and visual upgrades were made to the Charger to create a unique vehicle. The performance upgrades include a ported throttle body manifold, 180-degree thermostat, long tube headers, and air intake.
The list of exterior modifications is even more extensive – the front end of the Charger now incorporates a bumper, fender flares and hood by Charged Motorworks, while custom LED headlights and a police push bar complete its aggressive front appearance.
The rear end received significant attention as well – featuring window louvers, a roof spoiler, and a “regular” rear spoiler by Redeye. The overall look is enhanced by a full custom body kit by Motorworks and custom vinyl wrap, while the car rides on Redeye wheels with custom powder coating.
To complete the build and add more excitement, the Charger features an air suspension system, a high-quality sound system, and CarLock security system. This significantly upgraded Dodge Charger can be seen both on the streets and on Instagram.

Conclusion
Few builds capture attention like this one. The whole package just works – from the aggressive body lines to that police push bar up front, which tips its hat to all those Charger interceptors prowling the highways. It’s raw, it’s in your face, and it nails exactly what a modern Mopar should be.
Numbers don’t lie – this Charger maxes out with a 10/10 in the looks department thanks to that mean Charged Motorworks kit. The air setup brings in a strong 8/10, letting it lay frame or ride high at the touch of a button. Under the hood scores a 3/10 with basic bolt-ons, while the interior keeps it simple at 1/10 with just the audio upgrade.
